Reporting a specification error

This is the most useful message you can send. Please include the machine, the specification you believe is wrong, and the manufacturer URL showing the correct figure. We only accept official manufacturer sources for corrections, for the same reason we only accept them for the original entry.

Requesting a machine

Tell us the model and the manufacturer's US product page. We add machines that are sold in the United States and for which the manufacturer publishes a specification — if there is no published spec sheet, there is nothing we can honestly put on a page.

Manufacturers and retailers

We do not accept payment for placement, ranking or coverage, and we do not publish sponsored posts. If a specification on your product page has changed, send it and we will update the record.
